    FWIW - balmoral didn’t have the add on restriction and was just able to complete the full package a minute ago

    They added an IG story apologizing and said you can get a refund on truffles and glass.

    Given how Tock likes to work, they likely signed some sort of exclusive deal with them when they started doing patio reservations that way due to COVID.

    Boy was that a pain. Had multiple fraud alerts when I got through to complete the order after getting booted for timing out. A refreshing online experience from some of these more recent very smooth processes!

    Your bank will only charge you once and if not, you are protected by the UCC. Just alert your bank if they actually post and they will be removed.

    so now the glass is required but sold out. I messaged them and they read it, but they still refuse to lift the requirement lol

    I have bought 6 allocations. Or none, I'm not sure. My card has sure been charged 6 times though.

    Had to use a 3rd card, went with Balmoral instead of Lincoln and bought just the 10 pack (no glass or truffle). I'll let HA/Tock figure out all the additional charges on my account. Got the confirmation email just now.
