    Had some jerk chicken with a buddy for breakfast that was made by an actual Jamaican. Cooked with a Scotch Bonnet rubbing and then a little more home made Scotch Bonnet sauce to add on top. Delicious. There were four breasts and four legs and we pounded them all. Washed that down with a couple pints of Beau's All Natural Brewing Company Lugtread, a Kolsch, at our local bar pre-official opening.

    Now sitting outside at home (it's 17 Celsius in early November, which might be a record) drinking a Collective Arts Grapefruit & Elderflower IPA. 6.3% ABV and made with Azacca and El Dorado hops. Cheers.

    Advocates, I remember the first time I had this beer. It blew me away. I drove to VT to get a case of Heady, and I was equally fortunate to secure one bottle of this gem. Then they started contract-brewing in CT. I used to have to put my name on a list to reserve a 4-pack, which was limited to one per customer. Ah, those were the days. Now, I can buy as much as I want and it still tastes just as glorious. I don't drink it often, but when I do, it puts a smile on my face. Pour mindfully, inhale deeply, and enjoy a tropical vacation in a glass. Cheers!!!
