No. There is a preponderance of evidence, based on his actions, words, and deeds, that supports the idea that he’s an authoritarian (or at least would like to be). I’m talking about facts, not opinions. Based on things he’s said and tweeted, he clearly doesn’t even understand or respect the fundamental principles that serve as the foundation for American democracy. You’d have to selectively ignore a lot of the last 4 years to deny that.

The brewery doesn’t serve Fascists...except on a bun with fries for the culinary enjoyment of virtue signalling Liberals. Meanwhile, the Republican brewery down the road doesn’t serve Liberals...except to the lions in the owners backyard.

A) Gleefully separates and locks up immigrant families from their children, going way beyond whatever policy the Obama administration had initially implemented in regards to border control.
B) Unequivocally advocates for violence whenever he doesn't get his way (see: Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia); as well as trying to instigate violence against Democrats like Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar.
C) Has attempted to completely undermine the election process rather than accept defeat.
D) Dismantled the CDC and has given up on fighting a virus that has killed over 235,000 Americans and counting.
E) Attempted to end the Affordable Health Care Act, with zero replacement in sight, and cause more than 20 million Americans to be without health care, all the more notable during this pandemic.
F) By Robert Mueller's own report, committed obstruction of justice and collaborated with the Russian government in interfering in the 2016 election.
G) Immediately after the report, committed extortion and "used the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country" by illegally withholding aide to the Ukranian government unless they produced dirt on Hunter Biden.

This isn't a brewer being upset at people asking him to keep brewing New England IPAs when he wants to brew lagers. This is a brewer who's taking a stand against anyone who supports Trump, a man whose policies are defined by cruelty and disregard to anyone other than himself, and who has illegally colluded with foreign governments in undermining American democracy.
