    Pollyanna 6th Anniversary Lager.
    3.4% Lichtbier, of course.
    From the Untapped entry:
"Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase brewing talent. We did this by brewing one of the most difficult beers in the world (a low alcohol German lager) and making it not only extremely complex, but exceptionally easy drinking. This Leichtbier is similar to a Pils, but lower in ABV, calories, and IBU while still maintaining a firm hopping. This beer is hopped with German Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon to go with a clean malt backing of German Pilsner and a touch of Victory malt to keep things interesting. This lager is truly worthy of such a special occasion."

I appreciate the chest pounding there from Pollyanna.

And the beer holds up to the puffery. Happy six years.

I hope this sees distro. Love a good keller and the album reference is great. Also, I'd love to be able to salavage a can label to put in my garage collection. Will probably look good next to the Baphomet label I have. I'm looking at you @KCUnited . Get your shit together man.

I'll see your garage collection and raise you a 1.62lb freezer bag of brewery stickers with a side of deeply rooted commitment issues.

Goldfinger is Downers Grove has really impressed the heck out of me. Only 5 beers so far but their Octoberfest was the best one I had this year. Had crowlers available as of Sunday afternoon.

Yep, I love Dovetail but don't live anywhere close, so it's nice hitting this place up. Heated outdoor tents now too.

Damn I was just there and seen this but the 3.4% pulled me away. I did pick up a 4 pack of their berry sour, very good. If i see the anniversary one again I’ll grab some to go.

Was at Pollyanna tonight. Can confirm the 6th anniversary is a really good beer.

The berry sour is good, too.

Is there a brewey in the country that has brewed as many different Kolsch recipes as Pollyanna has over the last 3 or 4 years? About to release another one soon. I feel like they make a few different kolschs every year. It’s strange, because they’ve got a pilsner recipe locked it and produced year round. But the Kolsch recipes just keep on comin
