Needed a palette reset from all those damn IPAs, Oktoberfest’s, IPAs, Christmas Ales, IPAs, and IPAs. Cheers!

 

Moving on to the third beer of the day, which is the world class, personal favorite Schneider Weisse Aventinus Eisbock. 12% ABV and just a really, really beautiful beer. Interestingly, while last year it showed up in a 500ml bottle, this year it appeared in the 330ml format. Didn't hear about this change and not sure why it happened, but, it does nothing to change the quality of the contents. I usually buy a bunch of these during it's once per year release in my market with the intention of spacing them out over a few months. So far, that has been a failed strategy. Let's see if this year will be different. Cheers.

 

The rumors are true. Celebration is really good this year.
