35 attendees per session, tent with two walls open...I'm thinking the line of 50+ people hoping to get Eunoia pours last week was more of a public health risk than this will be.

And if I feel nervous about any of this once I'm there, I bail.

 

They are equally risky, but good for anyone that doesn’t care how many more people will get sick so they can have some beer with strangers. Why sacrifice now?

Certainly the way a brewery that already shut down for COVID positivity should celebrate Illinois going back to Tier 3 on Friday as we blow by records from March and April.

 

Yeah, bail just like that DoD security guard that spread Captain Tripps all over the US.

Someone shut down Lake Zurich and sterilize.

 

As a resident of LZ, I kinda wish they wouldn’t do this.
I understand why they are but with the current events in the last week related to the virus this just seems ill advised.

If I get to attend, I was there last weekend. I compromise the whole event! And the pours will be that much more tasty...unless I can't taste.

 

FYI, get yer fingers ready, Curvature b7 (banana/almond/cinnamon) is listed as "coming soon" on Oznr for pickup this weekend. I hope they send out the lottery winner notifications for Minutiae before this one goes live, because I don't want to have to drive all the way up to LZ just for a bottle of Curvature, no matter how awesome it sounds.

 

I’m guessing with the Gov’s Tier 3 mitigation’s now going into effect on Friday (Outdoor activities limited to 10 or less, face coverings at all times), these tastings will probably get axed.

 

I would think that these are the guidelines that apply to P3 in T3. Upshot would be that they need tables (likely limited to 2 people at each, as tickets are sold in pairs), like Mikerphone has in their tent.

Bars and Restaurants

• All bars and restaurants close at 11pm and may reopen no earlier than 6am the following day
• No indoor service
• All bar and restaurant patrons should be seated at tables outside
• No ordering, seating, or congregating at bar (bar stools should be removed)
• Tables should be 6 feet apart
• No standing or congregating outdoors while waiting for a table or exiting
• No dancing or standing indoors
• No tables exceeding 6 people
• Reservations required for each party
• No seating of multiple parties at one table
• Indoor gaming terminals must suspend operations
• Includes private clubs and country clubs

Interesting considering this:

entries will be accepted from 8pm monday 11/16/2020 until 8pm wednesday 11/18/2020. emails and push notifications (if enabled on oznr) will be sent out on thursday 11/19/2020 to the raffle winners.

Yes, but notifications don’t work half the time. It’s been an issue since they were craftcellr.

So can I officially confirm I lost Minutiae? Or does that still need to go through a recount and to the court system before I can confirm I lost?

I know the outcome, but I'd like to hold things up as long as I possibly can.
