    Just placed a mail order.

    1x of Ungespundet, Schwarz, & Tenner.
    2x of Altbier

    Planning to send a beer care package to a buddy of mine in Fort Wayne that I normally see at Thanksgiving but won't this year. A mixed 4-pack of Notch along with local hoppy offerings will be well received.

    I got a “your order is shipped” text last night after ordering Tuesday, but there’s been no change to status (says “label created” on UPS site) since. Crossing my fingers these beautiful beers come tomorrow. I got no backup plan!

    This is not entirely true. I got some saisons for Saturday and tons of booze

    I placed an order on Saturday, received notification that my order had shipped on Monday evening, and received it on Wednesday around noon. The tracking was accurate and everything was packaged well.

    And I know I'm late to the party, but Tenner is outstanding. Ordered two four packs based on everyone's praise in this thread and don't regret my decision one bit.

    Tenner is easily, yes easily, my favorite of Notch’s Czech-style Pilsners. I’ve had The Standard, Desitka, Tenner, and Session Pils. Tenner is my favorite. It just has such a pronounced zip. Love it.

    No surprise on any of the beers, of course, but I did a sampling of all last night. There’s no power rankings. They’re all quite different. That Altbier, though. Wooo. So good.

    Standard on draft from their side pull tap over everything. Can't recall if I've had Tenner on draft at Notch or not, but the draft I had of Tenner at Deep Ellum awhile back was also pheromonal (minus the side pull obviously).

    If I recall correctly I did a blind tasting of Standard and Desitka, and I thought I preferred Desitka. Nope, preferred Standard.

    Recently did another of Standard and Tenner, and I thought I preferred Standard, nope preferred Tenner.

    Ha, just re-read my post now and was like, “what the fuck?”

    I spelled phenomenal wrong and I lazily clicked on it to get the correct spelling automatically put in for me. Didn’t bother to see WHAT it correctly spelled.

    Turns out pheromonal is actually a word, and honestly, it still works in that sentence. Tenner on draft is that good.
