    Happy Thanksgiving eve BA's

    Did another early doggo walk at my local metropark, even with some sprinkles, it was great to be out in nature as always....getting ready to bake some pies and drinking this from 2018....still nice, the hot pepper has calmed down...

    I'm working a half day today. Working my way through a few Schwarzbiers in my stash. I an convinced Schwarzbier is the most underappreciated beer on the planet, as far as dark beers go. Traditional Porter tends to be thin and bland. Stout tends to be too bitter - gotta be in the mood for that. Schwarzbier is flavorful and drinkable without being harsh or heavy. This is one of my dad's favorites - Kostritzer from Germany. Germans get ridiculous head retention out of their beers. Makes for a nice pic.
