    Have a good Thursday, and Thanksgiving for the ones in the US(most people). I slept all evening until 11PM, then did a skype call with my girlfriend for 15 minutes. Nothing much to catch up on, as I was at her house until 230PM after already spending almost 24 hours there. I was smoking and talking to her while she was working from home. We also squeezed in some comedy and south park episodes to watch on the couch between emails. Everyone was on vacation anyways. I always seem to find something new to love about her. Her intelligence is so hot too, just the way she conveys things. So yea I kind of had an epiphany yesterday as we were holding each other before I drove home. It was the most intense chemistry related emotion I have ever felt. Made me realize that I can honestly say I know what it means to be truly happy. After this last 12 months, nothing can bring me down, even the haters. I don’t even mind working minimum wage for a while. Engineering is usually stressful anyways. I’ll keep an ear out for new jobs while I go though. My girlfriend is moving in in April now(confirmed?), so still quite a bit of time left to be doing a semi distanced relationship. Not that I care, as long as my car can handle the mileage.

    MST3K is doing a marathon on twitch and youtube today. I know what I am going to watch all night. WE are doing a zoom call with her parents. She made a pumpkin pie last night. Turkey and candied sweet potatoes cooking up later on.

    Amazing as usual. Centennial, Amarillo, Citra hops.

    [​IMG] My kitchen is being used so a garage picture will have to do. This NEDIPA never let’s me down. Will be splitting many beers with my brother, brother inlaw, and nephew/Godson later. Sadly still waiting on a Covid result from my other nephew. If positive everything will change for my day. Cheers all.

    Good morning BA & Happy Thanksgiving to those in the US!

    I've finished my marathon run at work. 84 hours overtime in the last three weeks. I have four days off with my wife and kids before the chaos begins again Monday.

    My last "Belgian" style beer is from right up the road in Terre Haute Indiana. Subpar for the style but enjoyable enough. 16 ounces of 10.8% will get you right after six straight nightshifts.

    Happy Thanksgiving! Thankful for my health, family and friends, and great beer and beer experiences, including those shared on Beer Advocate.

    Canned 15 days ago, picked up last week. Experience consistent with the draft pour I rated last year at the brewery. Thinner body than Deth's Tar, perhaps the strongest carbonation I've ever experienced with any stout, cherry's bold, not too sweet, missing the chocolate complexity at least at first / cold from the draft version.

    Friendly reminder I will be opening up a thread later this evening to kick of the Beer Advocate Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout online tasting. All years / variants are welcome.

    I'm hoping to see 1.5oz pours for ~$30 at bar one day. Another BA'er said their bar sold a bottle that way and I can't imagine ever committing to an entire bottle. I don't plan on dying anytime that soon so I got quite a few years left. i know i will comes across it eventually.
