I couldn't imagine explaining to a kid whether or not Rudolph was harmed in the making of that Reindeer Blood Crunchee.

 

Call me a hype chaser, but DHDHC Mylar Bags might be my favorite beer from OHBK all year. Unlike regular Mylar Bags, it's not very El Dorado forward--which is actually to my liking. Instead it's waves upon waves of Citra and Galaxy. Very little of the candied peach flavor of regular Mylar. It honestly tastes like a completely different beer. Still a bit of hop bite after just a week in the can, but I imagine that will fade over the next couple weeks. Highly recommend!

Finishing the second half of my Choose One (busted: I'm a serial corker) and immediately noticed some gelatinous flotsam in the glass. Is that likely yeast? If the texture wasn't akin to snot I'd taste it.
