    Wife says that is how she cooks burgers these days. She will not eat venison but I get my fair share from brother-in-law in Pennsylvania and son-in-law #1 here in Richmond. I gotta tell you brother-in-law gives me awesome venison steaks, summer sausage, and venison jerky. But sadly, since Covid I have not traveled up north to get the stuff.

    After another day of smoke filled skies....yes ANOTHER couple fires within view...a Smog City beer ( a red one ot match the smoke-tinted sky) seems appropriate.
