Hey I have been looking to find Founders CBS for over 6 months I finally found a place that sells it
Is $24 for a 4 pack reasonable? Or way too expensive? Any advice would be appreciated
    Thank you!

Maybe. Couple of dollars high, but not too bad. $20 would be a good price for it.

I’ve seen KBS as low as $20/4-pack here, haven’t seen CBS less than $24/4-pack.

It's... reasonable? I mean, it's the going rate, anyway. It's also delicious. Just depends on how much you're willing to pay, I suppose.

I'd say that's expensive even for Europe, 8-10€ seems to be usual going rate, which is still stupidly expensive though. I think this goes back to the time when CBS was only available in bombers in the USA, which were even more ridiculously expensive. Back then those European 12oz bottles were actually cheaper than the US bombers when it comes to price per litre.

Look at the glass half full...at least KBS was imported and is on the store shelf for purchase in Ireland. And it’s only a few dollars more than what a single bottle goes for in the US.

yeah you're right I shouldn't be so cynical, Founder's are wonderful being one of the few top tier American breweries that export over here, there's so much great beer that I see on here that is readily available in the states that I will likely never have, so I am grateful for Founder's, and their beer is always worth the price.

Didn't notice you quoted dollars, just assumed euros as you're from Europe :stuck_out_tongue:.

Nice thing about buying CBS now is that's it's pre-aged. CBS is one of the few stouts that actually improves with 6+ months on it, really brings out the maple.
