the only reason i would say that’s wrong is that IP release packages means they’d have to have all that shit packaged together ready to go (which would make buying multiple allotments kind of difficult) and, more importantly, it’s a fraction of the people showing up buying beer when IP vs. online with proxies allowed. plus, you’d be back to on-site drinking so the cash squeeze wouldn’t really be there.

 

Maybe they do single bottles for local line and proxy packages online? Lots to figure out...

I'm the first to criticize SP, but can we wait until this god damn global pandemic is over before criticizing business decisions?

I'm in another thread fruitlessly trying to convince people that $22 world class BA stout bottles isn't actually a bad price to pay.

If anyone is having financial uncertainty or hardship right now, I'm totally sympathetic and this is not an easy time to live through, but ffs, this isn't the hobby to spend your money if you are in that position.

It would be cool if SP hosted a first responders & healthcare worker night once the cellar safely reopens. As many times as a COVID patient has coughed in my face it would be cool to forget about it all at the cellar. Hell, it makes sense from a safety perspective as well if most healthcare workers are getting vaccinated first.

It wasn’t 1pp. They said no limit in comments of a prior post. They messed up the item in the shop somehow. You had to change quantity once it was in your cart.
