    I agree with @not2quick. I actually think you would be over and therefore close quickly for Sr71b2. However, I think you are well short of b1. I think either one of these are bottles you are going to have to trade over for. It's a bottle that everyone wants to tick and those who have one in their possession know what they have. I would post the KBBS x2 offer and see if it pans out before trading one away for another TG. You have to think that some owners of Sr71 are second owners and haven't had all the TG beers out there.     As everyone else has said, you're slightly over and should be able to get it done with 2x KBBS. You might even be able to get a small plus. Main thing is the lack of people looking to unload an SR-71. I literally messaged everyone on BA that was offering up one this past year via the search bar haha. I closed one on Facebook and got much more reception there, very few people looking to unload one on BA, and it's always for bourbon.

    Out of curiosity which one are you looking for? It probably is 1:1 if you have the b bomb but the other way around you might have to add a small plus.

    I'm not sure I entirely agree with this. I've had (and still have) multiple vintages of Bbomb, and in fact older verticals show up on tap around town from time to time. In my experience, regular Bbomb really doesn't seem to age all that well, after the first couple of years. The last time I had the 2017 and 2016, they were both still pretty good (don't get me wrong), but the beer seemed to have lost something and the flavors seemed more muddled and not as bright. Alcohol was more noticeable as well.

    Just speaking for myself, I personally would not make the sort of trade @withoutsorrow is contemplating, unless I needed the 2016 to fill out a vertical. In that case I might be willing to trade a bottle of the 2020 KDS for a bottle of 2016 Bbomb, but I'd have to really, really, really want to complete that vertical.

    Thanks for the feedback! Does the B-Bomb go on tap beyond Oregon & Washington? It depends on that. If someone managed to score a Darkstar & are in Oregon/WA, they might not be the target audience (then again, to each their own) but I am looking for someone that are in CA region to have an extra Darkstar. Does that help the trade? Thanks again!

    @Rustytacos can probably answer this better than I, but from what I've seen in other forums, it's my understanding that kegs of Bbomb do show up in California.

    That being said, I'm a bit surprised you can't find any 2020 Darkstar up your way (assuming you're in the Puget Sound area). If you're just trying to obtain a bottle of Darkstar, why not post something in the NW forum... asking if anyone knows where one can still find KDS on the shelf? The release wasn't all that long ago, so I have to think there are still stores around the SeaTac area where it can be found. Unless you're just really trying to find some way to unload that bottle of 2016 Bbomb.

    I was thinking same thing, darkstar is still available in many parts, but thinking @withoutsorrow probably wants to just trade the bottle.

    A friend picked up a KBBS and Kaiju, and he's not a big stout guy. He's looking to trade them away, but I don't see much in the way of completed trades for these. Any rough idea where these are at for bourbon trades?

    Is he looking for 1:1 trades or a volume trade? The more specific you are in this thread the better the information you will get. Is he only looking for BTAC bottles or is he looking for rare Mitchers or is he looking for certain Willett bottles or is he looking for Hirsch bottles or is he looking for old dusties? There are boat loads of rare bourbon that would likely give you a different answer to your question.

    Well, the post earlier mentioning both could trade for a Stagg is pretty helpful. I'm pretty sure he's not going to be super picky, just knowing a fair value is probably good enough. Thank you!
