    I'm drinking a Edmunds Oast Something Cold Blonde Ale with a Greek style pizza at my favorite grocery store, in Raleigh NC, Brier Creek, Harris Teeter which has a sit down bar, get a beer, have some food, do a little grocery shopping, makes for a fine way to end a day.

    Pale yellow body with the barest bit of cloudiness; thick and lasting white head with a dense sudsiness; billowy clumps of foam coat the glass. Fine aroma; light cereal grain scent with slight herbal undertones; dry hard wood; earthy. Outstanding taste; bread crust and cracker; mild hop bitterness initially, building up to a moderate intensity towards the finish; slight flavor of oak. Light to medium in body; fairly crisp; moderate wetness with a somewhat dry edge at the finish.

    I see on the can that this beer has a "100% malted wheat mash", hence the cereal grain and cracker notes. This is a fine looking beer, has a nice smell, and some excellent taste and mouthfeel. A nicely done, well-crafted pilsner based on wheat.
