I'm drinking a Allagash Belgian Tripel, at my favorite tap room in Greenville NC.
Damn delicious!

 

I harvested my first bunch of bananas (ever!) just before the rain and thunder hit...Tui was outside with me on the patio, but the rolling thunder freaks him out, so I let him back in...

Drinking Chimay Dorée (Gold), the relatively unknown member of the family. In fact, it’s only the second time I’ve had it. I have two Chimay glasses but couldn’t be bothered with the switch.

Growing up where and when I did, it’s easy to see how Rush became one of my favourite bands. Three phenomenal musicians. This song is one of their most approachable for mainstream audiences and is one even a non-fan is likely to know. This version is from Exit Stage Left, a classic live album. Cheers.

 

I'm at my favorite tap room in Greenville NC drinking a Hopfly Anniversary 2020 NEIPA.
Hopfly is one of my favorite breweries in NC and this is pretty damn good.

Another tasty brew, have not seen a wow beer from them in a bit. Still all above 4.

Dankfull another fine IPA from Sierra Nevada. This beer is very fresh canned at 11:06 AM 11/30/20.

 

Back inside, still working on Christmas cards, a Jai Alai to keep me company:

 

Having some Turducken TIPA from Trillium. Thick like gravy, hop and rye spice, soft biscuity notes, real nice. Cheers!

 

Been looking forward to a Hump Day beer. This is German style Pilsner from a gem of a small brewery here in the Atlanta area Printer's Ale Every Day Yellow. Brewmaster is a young German trained brewer and you can tell. This Pilsner is clean, crisp with just enough bitterness for balance. They also make a great Saison. Cheers all!

Snow day! Sorta. I see snow, but I see more slush puddles. We’ll see how slick it is in the morning, but for now, a white-ish Christmas Ale from Anchor:


Earthy, like some altbiers I’ve had, but with a nice subtle spice and a bit of bittering hops. A little tart berry also, but I think that’s more from drinking it a bit cold and don’t expect it’ll be there as it warms.

 

Jai Alai is proof that if you don't like IPAs, you ain't doing it right. Resin.
An old Christmas card I kept. Always liked it.

 

I think I liked last years version better; but this one is a bit more warming.
Looks like north of you is where it's going to get more nasty!
