So are these only typically available for delivery only? What if you wanted to pick them up?

 

Not 100% sure. I think it’s a delivery thing though.

 

Delivery only for the BA beers has been much more consistently available lately but there have been a few silent drops on the website that are available for pickup (Swirl, Karma, Mehndi on a recent Sunday)

 

Only delivery. They make much more this way as they charge a delivery fee that isn’t cheap. Gotta recoup losses since they can’t conduct indoor dining currently

 

Plus, people are probably more likely to add to their order on a delivery rather than grabbing their bottle in house and going.

 

Exactly this, and they only waive the $20 delivery fee if you purchase $100 in beer- so either they move a lot of beer along with the Henna, or they get the premium upcharge money in the form of a delivery charge.

 

I know the price was high, but I didn’t hate having a Henna Swirl waiting for me on my porch this afternoon.

 

How about delivery to their parking lot, does that work? Asking for a friend.

Welp, I guess I don't have to worry about whether $300 is worth it for the More membership. Still 0-fer everything on lotteries this year.

I was lucky enough to be one of the 1400 that registered to be selected for the Bairal Club. I was floored when I saw the $300+ charge come across my card. At first I was like WTF!!! Then it dawned on me what occurred.

Looking forward on being both a More and Phase 3 member for the foreseeable future.

 

^ breweries need to start requiring local addresses for lotteries and memberships. This is getting out of hand

Better Odds than I expected. 250 out of 1400, that's about 1 in 5.6. I was thinking it would be at least double that. I guess the price tag kept a few people on the sidelines.

 

Pretty sure you can't be a member of both. You have to pick a side- you can't be both a fan of honesty and dishonesty. If they find out you are playing their arch enemies they may both ban you.

 

If I hadn't previously stated, this name just sounds wrong. They say that Bairal is "barrel" in hindi? Well, it originated from latin so it's a western word- why not just use "barrel". Bairal sounds like how a person would pronounce barrel with an Indian accent. This would be like a Canadian making a barrel membership and calling it "Barrel Eh" because it's Canadian for barrel....

 

no... it's actually the Hindi word for barrel.
I've wondered what the inspiration for the Indian "theme" at More is all about (Mendhi, henna, roaming elephant etc). I hope that the connection is deeper than branding.
