    Done with holiday running around. Made a batch of brisket chili and jalapeño corn muffins yesterday. Chili always tastes better after a night in the fridge.

    I am tearing through this 4-pack at a good clip. Still just as impressive as I was the first time I tried it. The fudge flavor is just out of this world. Delicious.

    From zero to hero. The newly produced Hop Drop and Roll is pedestrian at best, this is new, imperial HDR, double dry hopped, first time I’ve seen it. This stuff is really good, if your local worth a buy.

    Hoppy Xmas. Festive IPA from Brewdog.
    Meanwhile pre-festive pressure is building up somewhat here in our kitchen. No guests this year with Christmas and not going anywhere, for obvious reasons. But we're cooking for some of the family anyway. And we bring to them what we are having for Christmas dinner. Including some beer ofcourse.

    Cheers everyone! I'm drinking the new batch of Trillium Legroom and it is wonderful. Actually I haven't even tasted it yet because the beautiful Mosaic aromas are shining so well with the Citra, like a bunch of blueberries and blackberries in a tropical fruit basket full of mango, pineapple and peaches. The taste is lovely. Dank, not too earthy, very fruity, tropical, berries, juicy, :fire:.

    Advent beer #22
    Weldebrau: Kurpfalz-Brau Kellerbier

    Some sediment came out in the last 5% of the pour and swirled around in nice little cloudy filaments, which I happened to catch in the photo above. Looks like a glitter beer (until it mixed in fully), but is not a glitter beer.

    I think this is my favorite of the advent calendar so far. Rich, grainy, smooth velvet, grassy/lemony...
