Drinking a Puny Partridge pale ale with Nelson and Mosaic hops in it, and as you might expect, the aromas are glorious. Super crispy white grape, gooseberry, blueberry, blackberry, tropical fruit notes, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, grapefruit, orange citrus, lemon, danky danky dank, some malty grains come through on the taste, nice beer. Cheers everyone!

Back To The 90’s India Red Ale by Lervig in Norway but contract brewed in Toronto. A very good beer.

Ottawa’s Sue Foley can really play and that genre is a tough nut to crack for a female player. Hats off to her. I saw her live with my wife just before Covid. A really great show. The Ice Queen here. Cheers.

I wanna make sure it doesn't sound like I'm hating because I'm not but EQ makes way better triples than doubles. EQ mastered the TIPA.

    Cheers

Poutine is comfort food, and awesome at that!

Funny lobster story. A more recent peasant food gone trendy is octopus. I have even seen borscht popping out in quite a few places.

Late and Overdue as I've not participated in some time - Enjoying this local bad boy....excellent barrel quality that compliments and doesn't overtake the base beer. Coconut, Vanilla Bean, Nougat, Dark Stone Fruit plus a little Belgian Funk meets Brown Ale Biscuit & Cocoa.

Do they actually use a double decoction method for this? @JackHorzempa. I wonder how doing this compared to not changes an aspect. I read that it is originally done to keep temperatures regulated while doing very large mashes but due to modern equipment it’s not necessary because of being too labor some. That’s awesome

How was this? Any tasting notes feedback? Starting to see some of Equal's more popular beers and collabs here in your neighbor to the North (TN). Hope this makes it as I love Juice Box!
