    I'm having a Cosmic Connection from Victory. The can says it's a sour New England style DIPA. Whatever, I'm just glad it's good. It's a one-off, so I'll probably never have it again, but I'm enjoying it while I have it. It's full of citrus aromas and flavors. Grapefruit, orange and lemon along with some sour to give it just a touch of pucker. It feels like more of a summer quencher than a winter beer, but I'm not complaining.

    I've moved on from Cosmic Connection to Elvis Juice from Brewdog. Why do these beers make me think it's the 60s? Oh well, this is an excellent IPA in any case. It is full of grapefruit, orange and lemon. The citrus is balanced out by some vague malts. All in all an excellent beer. I rated it a 4.17 which was a chunk above it's BAaverage of 3.96.

    I'm having a Long Trail Green Blaze IPA. I don't think it's fair to comment on how this beer is b/c I just noticed it's a few months out of date. The beer isn't good, but that's not so much Long Trail's fault as it is the Wegman's in Warrington, PA's fault. Yes, I'm naming names. I actually went to Wegman's because the beer distributor closer than Wegman's (Bound Beverage) constantly sells off out of date singles. I thought it was worth the extra time to go to Wegman's, but it wasn't.

    Right now I'm having an Accumulation from New Belgium. I'll say upfront that I have zero clue what a "white IPA" is. So my opinion may well not count. But it's not good. There's vague sweetness and fruitiness in the nose and palate, but I don't know to what end. I rated it a 3.51 which was a chunk below it's BA average of 3.74.
