I once drank Brown Shugga out of a straw out of a bottle waiting to get into a parking lot for a concert, tasted just fine

I've found that I prefer Pils and AALs from the bottle/can. Everything else is enhanced by the glass, IMHO.

    I shouldn't have to say.

Good point. I'm going to start drinking sandwiches out of bottles now, because apparently every substance is the same and synonymous.

I think it's pretty widely accepted that pouring into a glass helps the flavor since you can actually smell the beer and smell is a huge part of taste. That's not to say you MUST do it however. To each their own.

ALWAYS pour into a glass, unless I am fishing/camping or at a concert.

Glass most of the time for good beers, but some beers feel better to drink out of a can, but I can't say why. The two the come to mind the most are DPA and Revolution Brewing's Anti-Hero IPA

Totally agree! That's why whenever I go to a tasting event and someone offers me glassware, I politely say "No, thanks, I'd prefer to drink my pour directly from the bottle".

Of course its best to drink from proper glassware when possible but I'll say this:

Better to drink straight from the can/bottle than not at all

Always from the glass. Most breweries up the CO2 volume of in the bottle so when poured out they are at the desired volume of CO2.

Gotta use a pint glass. Want to ck out the color and head. Plus can really get a good nose full of hoppy aroma! Beer on!

I prefer to listen to disco records on a shitty stereo. I don't want to diminish the vibe.

I always pour in a glass, but i believe the shape of the bottle allows for a better smell of the beer in some cases. The Heady Topper can says don't pour in a glass, so that gives some credit to not using glassware
