Local hotel beer in Monterey - Beethoven Blonde Ale by City Sin Brewing... Does anyone know how to or want to add that brewery?

Fruity, piney, nicely bitter. Semi hazy.
Not milkshake. Creamy mouth with drying finish. Good beer. Agree with you @LarryV [IMG]

Maybe the last beer of the night, but for sure a doozy! BCBS Anniversary! Been waiting to try this since I cracked the BCBS Special reserve 2-year Weller crowler. Almost as good, missing a little bit of the fudgey-vanilla taste and doesn’t seem to have quite the same mouthfeel but goddamn was this a knock out of the park. Didn’t enjoy BCBS Birthday nearly as much but this one is worthy of any and all praise. You get plenty of heat from the barrel but by no means is it off putting. I may have to seek out a few more of these in trades because the 2 remaining bottles I have left aren’t gonna hold me over.

Man. This one was hard. I love me some MF DOOM. Luckily I have tons of music to reach back into to enjoy. Really enjoy “One Beer” from MM...Food

I did it in a square pan with a foil cover and water bath in the oven at 300 for 3+ hours til it the center was 145F. It was not as tender as I wanted, but I am going to roast it a bit to heat it up again today to see how it does. I am trying to get better at making food in all mediums.
