Easing back into this work crap with four hours of OT complete. Cloudy but supposed to be headed to about 82 degrees today. Thirty minutes on the bike trainer finished, Resin as lunch prep begins.

 

Been holding off on opening one of these for a while. It’s pretty good.

So I did, lol, and also grabbed some annual Nugget Nectar and my beer of the now...

A relatively balmy day in New York metro's north suburbs, perfect fireplace weather, so I decided to crack open Snow from Tree House Brewing, a remarkable "Wheat Double IPA." Frankie, what do you think?



I don't even need to shovel; this is Snow I could get used to. Stay Safe, Let It Snow, and Sláinte!

 

I still have some of this left and it is Goooooood!

 

Liquid Love Choccy Cherry Cheesecake (Berliner w/ cacao nib, cheesecake flavoring, cherry, graham cracker, lactose, and vanilla). All the adjuncts are there in pretty good balance, especially as it warms and the chocolate comes through more. This brewery had a great opening year in 2020 and I believe they’re destined for great things in 2021.
