What beer are you drinking now? #2999

A 2017 model that's dialed down in coffee and barrel but sports a pleasant chocolate profile. I'm a fan of the year round release where I don't have to stash em any longer. Perhaps just a couple for 'science'?

I vaped my thc cart on the drive over to Berlin farmstead. Same company as der Dutchman. Been amazing. taco soup was cheesy. Roast turkey was tender.

Me too. So, I placed an order late last night with ASB to fill that gap with a Black Lager and a Hazy IPA four packs.

Fieldwork is the next target for IPAs. I saw some good stuff brewed.

Say what you will about California, but we've got some great Breweries out here. There are many like me who gladly buy their products and support them, hoping they are able to survive.

Good afternoon advocates. Sipping on this Evil Twin NYC Great Northern 3. Aged 23 months in BLiS Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels and Sine Qua Non red wine barrels. Conditioned on Toasted Coconut, Coconut, Cacao Nibs, & Cinnamon. Just a world class brew in a 8 oz can cheers

Opened an old Trillium bottle in a further attempt to wind-down the stash. From 12/14/18, past it's prime Permutation Series Number Sixty-Nine imperial stout with vanilla, coffee and peanut butter, partially aged in bourbon barrels for a year. I still get some peanut butter, roast, hint of coffee, sweet vanilla, chocolate, a hint of bourbon and oak, a little dried fruit, not too bad. I foresee myself blending a little later with an old raspberry Daily Serving fruited sour to create a pb&j like experience, should be fun, I'll post if I do that. Will be sipping on this for a while in the meantime. Thinking about getting some of my favorite local carnitas quesadillas later too. Cheers everyone!

I’m sequestered in my office, drinking beer with the dogs while the floors are getting deep cleaned...Mrs. Z is out, likely stimulating the local economy. A good day!

This is a:

Birrifico Lambrate (ITA) in collaboration with Ølkymisten (NOR) - TIRAMISU' IMPERIAL STOUT - Imperial pastry stout (11,5%)

Beer brewed with muscovado sugar, lactose, cocoa, coffee and vanilla flavor
Black, practically non-existent foam, absent carbonation.
Already on the nose a hint of dessert, coffee and cocoa.
To me it seemed quite "artificial", like many pastries ... For my tastes, tiramisu is more suitable for making it, soaking the ladyfingers biscuits (biscotti savoiardi) with this.
However the 11.5% don't feel
