I'd have to add an other vote for Sip of Sunshine, never disappoints.

Pliny. It is always available around these parts. I use Pliny as a bridge while I am waiting for Fieldwork and Alvarado Street to post beers on their website.

For Stouts, I sure wish we in the Bay Area had a steady stream of fresh Founders Breakfast Stout.

We just don't get access to it very often, but when available, it is a staple in my everyday consumption.

In Virginia, it's been Ardent Pilsner. Back in Massachusetts, I would say Jack's Abby House Lager, Post Shift Pilsner, or Notch's Session Pils. These are beers I can get at the local grocery store. I probably drink these (with the exception of the Ardent) less than them being "Old Reliable."

I will almost always have at least one from the following list in my refrigerator:

    Summit EPA
    Summit Dakota Soul
    Summit Keller Pils
    Schell's Firebrick

If you mean “what to buy if nothing else in the store strikes your fancy” then it's long neck High Life

If you mean which beer do you consistently return to throughout the year then it's Post Shift, HB Original, and Fuller's porter

I’m always buying daisy cutter. I also like juicy bits pretty regularly, lately I’ve enjoyed the hell out of a few shipping out of Boston and cosmic crypt.

Pliny the Elder. If I need a beer that I know will get me from Point A to Point B guaranteed, PtE will do the job.

I like Two Hearted as well. I’m a Hemingway fan, so I get it for that reason as well.

Like a lot of people here I have a bunch of stuff in the regular rotation these days, no matter the category. It's so great to have so many choices where you know at least one is going to be fresh as well as hit the spot.

Pale and amber lagers: any number of choices from Jack's Abby, Von Trapp, Zero Gravity

IPAs, I usually stick to NJ: Kane, Carton, Cape May, Tonewood

Old standbys (often imitated, never duplicated ): Orval, Rodenbach Grand Cru, Schlenkerla, Dupont (naturally you don't usually stock a fridge with these, but at least one of them will make their monthly appearance).

Gosh, this is a good question! I can't think of just one beer that is a staple, but regular appearances are:

    Bells Two Hearted
    Founders Breakfast Stout
    Stone IPA
    Alesmith Speedway Stout
    Elysian Space Dust
Tree House and Monkish (thanks to my mules)

Ever since deschutes came to NJ I’ve bought more fresh squeezed than any other ipa the past few months. It’s so good.

The new Prima is very good. While I cant tell you what is different it definitely had a difference that was not better or worse, maybe a bit lighter in body.

Storm King is on tap now as well as Extra Storm king.....Its the first time in a long time.

    Enjoy

Not sure, but I think that was the purpose or the reformulation, to make it a bit easier drinking. I’d be all in if it was available.
