As soon as it's available at DP I'll report back. I suspect someone will have news first.

I mentioned to @SpinSamzo recently, buying Space Diamonds is like having a drinking and a gambling problem!

Well jokes on me, they listed it as available just after I received my order, but no short dark   Will follow up on Space Diamonds tomorrow!

I'm loving Jumbo Slice. Plenty of pine and fruit with that candied el dorado note. Doubles out of DC are as good as it gets right now. Mosaic + Strata is nice too. There's a massive fruity papaya note.

The year of the Snake has started! Our #snakejuice collab is ready tomorrow for curbside at 10am. We are excited that we got together with our Snake Den friends from New City, and we know all of you will enjoy the result.

Enjoy the Juice Imperial IPA (8.0%) with the snake farmers from @district96_beerco Citra, Strata, Kohatu, Ekuanot and a sprinkle of Citra Cryo on a lean malt bill seems like the right way to start of 2021. This one is jammed with all the Snakefruit a beer can handle. #yearofthesnakeeveryyear $20 per 4 pack.

Also if OH makes national headlines it will get own thread.

Plus line life is done, how many pages are "line is at x" and "sold out of x"?

NEW SERIES ALERT! Past and Present is a new series for us at Other Half designed to allow us to explore beer styles, malts, and hops we don't make or use very often, if ever. Look for more styles to emerge in the near future across all of our locations exploring beers past with an of-the-present approach. ⠀
    ⠀
We also have our fresh collab with @district96_beerco and an OH classic available at noon today. Use the link in our bio to order Curbside Pickup now. ⠀
    ⠀
Past and Present: Centennial NE India Pale Ale (7.0%) We are tip-toeing into it with a NEIPA but using Centennial, which we rarely use (and usually only in small quantities) and Maris Otter base malt from the UK. $16 per 4 pack. ⠀
    ⠀
Triple Citra Daydream Imperial Oat Cream IPA(10.5%) oats, a hint of lactose and tons of Citra combine to make Citra hop candy. $22 per 4 pack.

There's a lot of bright, juicy melon on Enjoy the Juice with a prominent initial bitterness. It's a little abrasive at first (how did anybody make it through the IBU wars of yore???) but is quite smooth as I adjust to the bitterness.

If you dig the melon, pick this one up. Else, consider yourself warned!

Not to resurrect that random instance of District 96 pimping in the OH thread, but as weird as the snakefruit meme is, their beer is incredible.

Also belated followup on Space Diamonds. It's good. It feels smoother than typical (and subsequently less bright), some galaxy funk earthiness, plenty of fruit.

Citra + Strata, Mosaic + Strata, Jumbo Slice, Hop Deluge, Super Dense, Space Diamonds, and Super Juice all make for a hell of a menu. All I need at DP is Double Forever Simcoe. Obviously my bias is towards the doubles.

Something about the fermentation on Diamond Vibrations gave it some funny flavors. If you've ever wondered, "What would happen if Other Half made a Belgian Blond?" then this one is for you. Else, stick to the beers above.

Haven't had any D96 since they kind of blew up, but a few years back my cousin was near there and grabbed some crowlers and I liked everything I had a lot. I think I also first tried them at the original Juicy Brews fest in NY and enjoyed what they had there as well.

Going to need to grab some SD! I honestly think I haven't had any in almost a year

Today, Friday, we've got a very special collab and one of our favorite variations of SDH. Order now via Curbside Pickup using the link in our bio, or stop by the taproom to pick some up today starting at noon. ⠀
    ⠀
Live from Somewhere Imperial IPA (8.0%) We teamed up with our friends at @prisoncitybeer and @hudsonvalleybrewery in support of our great NY State Brewers Guild. All proceeds from this beer will go to help support the guild and its efforts which really make a difference in terms of helping maintain the number and diversity of breweries in NY state. We all decided to hop this beer with fairly new and exciting hop varieties from the Pacific NW: Strata, Belma and Talus. In a year of constant video conferencing we are all Live from Somewhere. $18 per 4 pack. ⠀
    ⠀
Short Dark and Handsome Stout (7.2%) with Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Our Short Dark recipe crushed with Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Lactose. Just like a peanut butter cup. $18 per 4 pack.
