Tree House Space & Time

 

Juice Project Citra + Amarillo from Tree House

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 12/16/2020. Pours a hazy yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thick rings of lace with excellent retention. 4.75

Aroma pineapple, tangerine, papaya, peach, apricot, and some grapefruit rind. 4.5

Taste follows pineapple, papaya, tangerine, peach, apricot, mango, and a little pink grapefruit bitterness in the finish really well balanced. 4.5

Mouthfeel is about medium, not sticky or dry, soft gentle almost creamy carbonation, and at 7% ABV it seems bigger on flavor and body, but goes down very easy. 4.75

Overall another excellent NEIPA from this very young brewery. Top shelf stuff for me. 4.5

 

Sadly, I have not. Luckily we have a fine community here and an Advocate shared a few bottles from Germany. Now if I only could get beer from Vermont

Cleaned the house, walked for two hours and did ninety minutes of weights, so now it’s time to drink. Starting off with Doppel-Hirsch Doppelbock. A really nice beer. 7.2% ABV.

In Canada we also have many excellent French musicians. This is one of my wife’s favorites. She does have a great voice. Cheers.

 

Its disappointing that I have to repeatedly ask you for a posterior view of this specimen.....

 

After this one I need to go sell some suds, will be back around 7:30.

 

Imperial HDR. This is right at 30 days old today, the first I had of this batch was two weeks ago. And it’s changing just a bit, it’s losing that explosive fruit, leaning more to earthy pine, dank. Still a very nice beer just different, and there’s only one 4 pk left, so they should be getting more. Like it both ways to be honest.

 

Had a few of those during the summer and thought it was F-ing spectacular. Cheers.
