    Food & Wine Jan 2021. Note: Went with 6 cups of water, not 7, as I wanted a slightly heartier consistency, also needed a bit of salt after this dish finished. Cheers. I think this dish was fine with Pinot Noir, but next time - I'm going with a good Export Stout or something bigger with a good chocolate note (Like the Founder's KBS FUDGE).

    I knew we were friends. Lol. I was a true knicks fans. But I couldn’t forgive the porzingis trade. Although I know he disliked NY and was going to go back home if he didn’t get a trade. Wasnt knicks fault necessarily but they could’ve gave him better contract options. Been following sixers since embiid arrival. Growing up in north jersey slums and Ny we played ball every single day. Iverson was like the best street player as a pro in the big league.

    when I was a chef in a fancy ish place, we had a rule that if you let your sauces separate you were “a loser forever” lol.
