Tis a good one. You have any of this years variants? I really liked the mocha

 

Hop Butcher Airglow APA (100% Strata). The body on this is robust and the feel is pillowy soft for 5.75%. Light dough and big vanilla wafer provide a nice canvas for the Strata to show off it’s notes of white peach, lemon meringue, tangerine creamsicle, slight watermelon, lychee, ripe ruby red grapefruit, cannabis, grass, and slight pine. Touch of diacetyl as it warms, but nothing off-putting. I hope 2021 brings in more Hop butcher pale ales.

"Promise Me" on can's bottom.
Collaboration with The Vacant Lots, a band originally from Burlington, Vermont.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a fleeting one inch slightly off-white head over a cloudy golden body with scant lacing. Nose of sweet citrus and tropical fruit with some floral attributes as well. Taste mirrors nose nicely with citrus all day! Real nice feel and overall, a juice bomb I can get behind right here folks! Cheers to the boys on the lakefront in B-Town, Vermont!!

Who painted their engines gold? Those intake ports have thrown me a curve. Has to be FoMoCo? An old 352 cubic inch?

 

Astronomical - I like this beer, it's really not very hazy or juicy, just a pleasant hop forward brew.



Dinner - kielbasa with onions, peppers, and thin sliced red potatoes and an ample amount of cajun seasoning. And some Hank's hot sauce.
