Dessert beer after turkey burgers on the grill. Son and GF leaving tomorrow. A little sad but he got that Attorney's Job. Had 6 in the house last few days. Loved it but looking forward to some P and Q again.

 

That 750 ml BBA sour took a bit of time. Now going for something even more serious. There’s a lot of honey and bergamot here. I’m hoping it mellows as it warms. I drink tea over coffee, though admittedly not earl grey. I drink a lot of black tea, some flavored black teas and some lapsang souchong (smoky flavor as the tea leaves are dried over a beachwood fire). I would be very interested in a lapsang souchong BCBS variant. It would be like BCBS meets Aecht Schlenkarla
