    Hop Butcher/Bottle Logic Antimatter Manipulator QIPA (Nectaron, Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo). It’s pitched with a Chico yeast from Cali, yet it comes off quite hazy and juicy. First time Hop Butcher has made a Quadruple IPA.
    This one is dangerously smooth for 12%. The hops lend an enormous amount of hop flavor and a nice dose of bitterness. The alcohol is there in the form of warmth and drying out the palate, which it does a wonderful job of in this beer. Each sip brings another level of hop complexity. Great soft feel and full body. I could go into more detail, but I’ve already typed enough. Cheers!

    The ceiling for Giannis seems to raise every year. However there’s only one player on my list and by far my favorite, the mind bending George Gervin. The Iceman was impossible not to watch as he would shoot from any angle.
