Makes sense though. These were the first offerings for the Barrel program, so whatever was left over was made available to the public. Can't imagine they had more than 250 of each available.

Do you pick your beer up from OZNR headquarters or the brewery. It is a retail sale at the brewery. Do they get liquor raffle licenses for beer lotteries? No. OZNR is a payment platform and they could easily allow a brewery to use “dynamic pricing” to sell their wares in a non-auction wink wink auction.

or better yet, you bid on the ticket to the bottle release and the bottle is $1...

I definitely had this issue. I told some friends about the notification and a few minutes later they were able to buy Henna while i was closing/opening the app and refreshing the page while it still said Coming Soon and then sold out 4-5 mins later. Good times

What I don't understand is why you can only get bottles of Rada and Petro through mobile delivery but they have no to purchase to take home at either brewery location. Couldn't stomach the $20 delivery fee when I live so close by

Perhaps they are trying to market and promote the online delivery?

They want an extra $20 for their bottles and they know lots of people are willing to pay it?

That's probably a little overly cynical, but this does increase revenues, either by collecting an additional $20 delivery fee or by encouraging people to buy more beer.

No I understand it is focused on increasing revenues in a hard year, just annoying as a local customer. I'd rather be able to by at the brewery to take home and leave a bigger tip to support

Look at it like a $20 tip and now you don’t have to leave the house

That makes logical sense, I guess I’m getting a bee in my bonnet over something not worth it. I now realize this whole conversation is moot because they only deliver to your specific area one day not of your choosing in a seven hour window on a work day so you can’t schedule an absence, so forget this whole thing!

I've posted the same gripe in the past, as I live close to More VP. Although at that time, there was no delivery zone that covered my area, and it felt like they were giving locals the shaft. They did put several Hennas, Mehndi, and Roaming Elephant up for sale at VP and Huntley a month or two ago (I got a Karma!). But now that they are delivering to the areas directly around VP and Huntley, I don't think that will happen again.

And I understand, they probably got a lot of people like myself who ordered only a single bottle of Henna and one 4-pack for pickup, and they could be leveraging their in-demand bottles to make more money. I'm probably going to try to get a bottle of Rada delivered if there are still some available next Saturday.

Yeah, I’m too cheap to pay the $20 delivery fee. So instead I just keep adding blueberry marbles and two trees to the cart until it’s over $100. I know they get me either way, but then I’m not spending money at Binny’s or on eBay. So I’m getting them either way.

Based on my experience, these claims are ridiculous. I got an alert at 9:57. They went live around 10 (though Villa was minutes later). Both were available until at least 10:07. I know that sounds fast but with pre-loaded CC’s in Oznr, it’s more than enough time if you were on it.

Yeah, even though I didn't buy any, this was my experience as well. I got the alert on my phone but didn't look at it until a few minutes after 10. Huntley was sold out but it was still available at Villa Park when I looked. It definitely went quick but from what I saw it wasn't gone 5 seconds after becoming available or anything like that.

tomorrow is a big release. S’mores and Cherry Truffle weren’t great. They have a lot of equity on the line with re-making an old favorite with the new brew team. I sure hope it’s good!

I was thinking the same thing. They need to show they can still make Henna well, and I don't think they have done that yet.
