    In between coffee breaks I reloaded the bird feeders...Now watching the birds and squirrels dine, working on my puzzle, and drinking an FBS:

    Bottled 11/5/20. Poured at 56°. Nice coffee entry. If I didn’t have other stuff/chores to do, I could happily sit here and look at the birds and drink... Cheers!

    I’m obsessed with beer and pizza the same. My family owned a bakery on Long Island called Richers in the Great Neck area so that was my first love playing with doughs. My “cocky attitude” is just a front and an ironic city style attitude I think is funny. I know I’m good but humble. It’s taken years to get that dough right. I’ve worked in a lot of places and once was offered to be flown out to the Midwest and put up for a month for free to do a work trial for this place but I refused to go. They were looking for somebody from NY/ NJ to make pizza out there but too much of a risk for me. I’ve given it up in exchange for more blue collar type trade because I have children. I’m sure pizza in Iowa is just as good I hear you have your own style out there called quad city style?

    Stuck indoors as or is in the 40's and windy here, so I caught up on developments in The Expanse and am now watching Leeds and Brighton in the EPL. The simulated crowd noise is rather eerie. Fortunately I have a good local Rauchbier to enjoy
