I used some of the baby bok choy to make a grilled garlic bok choy, cheese and ham sandwich for lunch, now I need to use the rest with this piece of pork loin.

#1 - I could pound it out and bread with Panko and pan fry then add some lemon and sauté garlic Bok with red pepper flake.

#2 - Keep it whole and glaze with something spicy and sweet like Maple syrup & mustard or soy, brown sugar and something, I don't know and serve with Bok as above

or

#3 Slice the pork thin and chop the Bok and use some soy, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and vinegar for a stir fry.

Help me!

Yum - looks good!! It's hard to find scotch bonnets and habaneros really don't suffice. I think I will need to order some of this

Actually, I was going to order some but their shipping prices are ridiculous ... for a $4.75 bottle of hot sauce.

 

This is a bold NETIPA really nice.

 

What we do not know is how it affects all age groups longer term,. Yes, many may appear "fine" after their "bout with Covid".

Could it damage the brain and accelerate Alzeheimers years later, can it spur Parkinson's, can your kids development be affected, can it damage the lungs and heart enough to impact your quality of life and activity level 5-10-20 years down the road. (eg. Mayo Clinic imaging - lasting damage to the heart muscle, even in people who experienced only mild COVID-19 symptoms.)

We do not know.

I do know, I do not want to do something that makes me the volunteer for any of the above.
