Yeah, that would make the most sense. I wonder what 3/4 will be like with the adjustments they've made, as I really enjoyed both of them. Those two were not exactly 100IBU WCIPAs but they weren't as sweet and smooth as the later anniversary beers. 4th remade still was pretty good last time around but I only had a pour. Guess we'll see!

Was last week a rebrew of the collabs they made on-site, this week a rebrew of the collabs made by other breweries, and the next two weeks will be brand new collabs??

I would assume this coming week is new collabs and the week after is the typical Anniversary beers. Triples, Stouts, maybe some new meme IPAs and DIPAs like last year.

For those looking to go deeper into pizza obsession without going “Full Ooni” just yet, I’d recommend getting a baking steel for your indoor oven. It’s a nice gateway into the “Ooni Level” of pizza cooking seriousness at about half the price or more. They also produce amazing results!

Like someone mentioned earlier, I think a group thread/chat about pizza could be a great idea and Rob and anyone here are free to lurk and provide uneducated opinions. All are welcome!

Going back to beer, I think this next week we will likely see:

    - Maybe rebrews of 3rd & 4th.
    - Definitely 5th & 6th.
    - Maybe some DDH or amped up versions of the Cost + 10 or Line To Garnett from last year.
    - 7th Anniversary TIPA
    - 7th Anniversary Stouts
    - BA Anniversary Stouts from last year
    - Doug

I'd recommend the Elements of Pizza book, it's got a ton of really great dough recipes in it.

A couple weekends ago I took a zoom class with Adam Kuban on making bar style pizzas like he used to do at the Margot popup and it was great. I think it's my new favorite style of pizza to make at home. (Not least of all because there is no stressful pizza peel transfer where a speck of sticky dough on the peel results in a glop of burning pizza soup on my baking steel.)

In OH commentary, every time I scroll through the list of available beers for local delivery, the label for New Year Sunrise looks like Always & Forever and I get crushed each time when I realize it isn't.

Doing the Lords work! That being said only thing I am def going to grab if I can is the Burial collabs, but if anyone wants to chime in on reviews/thoughts on what was released this week I am going to either make a stop tonight or Sunday to grab some cans for when I can actually open one!

Anyone get BK local delivery lately? Wondering how the experience is. The estimated delivery range is 45 minutes - 4 hours.

I ordered at 1:45 today, and am more interested in whether or not I'm going to get Doritos today, lately i've been getting them about 1/4 of the time.

I saw bags full of empty Double Sunset bottles. Are they starting to dump old beer?

52 different beers on their list at BK today

To be fair, I stole the idea from the Internet. But because he used the exact same exterior shot of Other Half, I'm putting him (and his cats) on notice.

Only if he's the Yang to my Yin.

Would anyone declare any of the available Freak Week beers “a buy” or should I just pick up some Strata + Mosaic or some DC/Roc cans?
