    I really like the balance, cleanness, and the drinkability. Not what I expected, but a nice Sunday afternoon brew.

    Just finished this as my Cowboys won!

    Very complex hop profile, dank, piny, tropic fruit, grapefruit all rolled into one, with an awesome malt backbone!

    it really isn't that much different then aged. its weird though because the 2012 4 packs say it is 11 percent but I swear this beer is like 14 percent?

    Plan on having a couple today so I'm starting off light with an Epic Straight Up Saison I've had in the fridge a couple months. Some really good stuff in here.
