    Good day BAs! Off to a snowy start today - currently about four inches on the ground here on the tundra of NW PA - IOW, just a dusting. Off shortly to watch the festivities (On PCN) at Punxutawney as Phil is dragged from his warm cage, fondled in front of a masked (hopefully) crowd, and publicly shamed. Poor rodent - I hope he doesn't end up with COVID. Anyway, today's New Breakfast Beer:

    Definite vehicle for galaxy hops, otherwise pretty ordinary - 3.78, rDev -7.6%.

    The local river is about to flood some part of our town which is no surprise as we’ve been literally pounded with rain for the last two months...

    Hopefully nothing too serious or damaging but weather forecast is pretty gloomy for the next ten days at least.

    Good morning BAs! Cold (43°), dark, and blustery ... a beautiful day for my birthday ... today is number 61. Dogs walked and fed, coffee time - Péché Mortel:

    Bottled 10/14/16. Poured at 52°. Strong coffee nose. Bitter roast coffee, dark chocolate taste. I love this coffee stout.

    All the tile floors were regrouted/recolored yesterday, and have dried overnight, so this morning I begin placing the rugs and furniture. I’m going to enjoy this beer first...

    Well, Dry January is over and I finally got to take my first shower in a month yesterday.

    Also tweaked my back lifting an absurdly small amount of snow from the sidewalk - must’ve just been an odd twist. That combined with a little more snow and I decided to say, “screw it” and stay home and watch some Amazon documentaries.

    Oh, and of course have some beers, while lounging on a heat pad.

    Maybe it is palate fatigue from the massive beers of winter, but I am finding myself really enjoying, not double but single ipas a lot recently. This one is very good, light with great hop finish

    Have a good Tuesday. Happy Birthday to @DoctorZombies , my sister is having hers tomorrow. Me and my GF wanted to go to a brewery yesterday and ended up falling asleep after watching 6 episodes of The Mandalorian. I am on my 2nd run through as it is her first. A lot of breweries are closed on Mondays for whatever reason, but we were either going to go to Medina or Paradigm shift. I showed her more of my favorite metal bands last night, she likes Symphonic Black Metal now lol. Got some leftovers from the BOGO Detroit style pizza from last night. The Jojos were the bomb. Looks pretty deep on the snow today.
