How does your avatar affect your online interactions?

Your avatar reminded me of a picture I saw while watching the latest BBC Sherlock reboot- The Abominable Bride - it was never focused on, but it was enough of something not right that I had to find it.
It looks a lot less obvious when it's just seen as someone walks by, as I'm sure the Dali version is as well.
Mine, well, no idea if it affects how people react to me, but I like it. Davinci created some truly awesome research art and concepts.

My avatar is of a logo of a small brewery (but huge beer garden) in Salzburg, Austria, and it is one of my favorite drinking spots I’ve ever frequented. Awesome Märzen brewed fresh on site, poured straight from the wooden barrel into a ceramic mug. I love the traditions Augustiner Müllner-Bräu evokes, and I like using that image to invoke that same culture with my fellow advocates on this board.

 

This is pretty much what I look like only with a flannel shirt and a bigger penis.

A dumb meme from Ed, Edd, and Eddy/Pirates of the Carribean, the former was my favorite cartoon from 2000-2002/03? I just hear it in both Davey Jones voice and Ed's voice and it makes me laugh nearly every time.
