Good morning BAs! Beautiful day here, sunny and low 70s forecast. Today’s coffee - KBS Espresso:



Bottled 10/21/20. Poured at 53°. So much coffee I hardly notice it’s a KBS!

The wood and roofing materials were delivered Wednesday afternoon. After pouring, clearing and grubbing, the footprint for a 10’ x 9’ Shed:



We started to frame walls yesterday. The door arrived last night. Windows are on the way. Supposed to rain all weekend, so we’ll do what we can today and likely finish next week.

Have a good Friday. Got off at 730AM again. As far as yesterdays IBS discussion, I can assure you that I have seen a doctor about it and we have not seen a need to investigate any actual diseases, yet. Also it may look like a lot of my food, but it's my only meal of the day. I actually used to be 305 in 2008 and I dropped off 100 lbs, and I have been maintaining weight ever since then. If the scale started going up, I would diet it back down by force. Glad I stopped drinking so much since mid last year. Made things a whole lot easier and I can also enjoy a lot of different food now. I had a brunch burger, rib sandwich, and chicken/swiss last night. The flaming hot cheeto puffs are definitely superior to crunchy. Looking forward to spring, so I can start getting back into cycling shape as last year kind of fucked all that up. I will still wear a mask on the trails out of courtesy until the mandate says otherwise. My gf even wants to hike and do some of the easy offroad trails.

(Baltic Porter) 7.2% ABV
Bielkowko, Poland.

Darkest brown possible. Mocha head disappeared completely. Smells of brown sugar. Toffee. Nutty. Coffee with sugar and cream. Very subtle roast. Chest feel. Thick. Robust. Gratifying and welcoming. This is a sweet beer. Can’t tell if diacetyl or what. Not buttery but sweetened. Warm going down as it warms but abv hidden well. Feels like lactose. Hope it is not but overall a great beer. Sweet though. Worth a revisit is looking for something in the sweet side and for $2 it’s pretty good.
