DDH MO+GA (that’s what the stamp says anyways) is phenomenal. Go get it.

I can't believe they finally release DDH Mosaic Galaxy right after their Anniversary release.

Idk why people are sleeping on the Northern Series, they've all been fantastic.

Sitting down to my last bottle of wild thai 5th anniversary (two years old in two days I think?) and it's excellent. Zero sign of any oxidation, flavor is on point, gets close to dessert sweet but backs away just in time. ABV heat is practically non-existent, good thing I'm pouring into a small taster it's very easy to drink

+1 on the DDH MoGa, taste great.

I can also vouch for the Great Northern 6, wish I got to try the base with no adjuncts.

Thanks to those who called out MoGa early on, it's so good. More Simcoe is fine.

Lastly I enjoyed the All 7th stout so much I got a second bottle. It toes the line between sweet and bitter much better than most of their imperial stouts. Nonbelievers should give it a try. I also love the salted/sweet combo (thinking of Sumi Babka as having an unapologetic salty punch with a nice sweet finish).

learned from the EBF telecast something everyone might already know, but since the pull-tops aren't always color-coded, the brewery of origin is signified by the shape around the OH on the label: circle for BK, pentagram for FLX, triangle for DC

Are y'all hungover from talking about all of the anniversary beers or something? Two days without a post. Incredible.

Had a can of 5th last night, sitting down to 6th right now

5th was fine but somewhat forgettable, which is in-line with my memory from 2019/20. Found the finish astringent which I didn't recall

6th has more of a creamy/pina colada thing going on than I remember from last year. This is one of those OH beers where I find myself torn - big tropical aroma that (to me) loses complexity on the sip, yet I keep going back for another and in terms of abv it's too easy to drink
