Continuing with the pale Belgian style ales

Taxman Exemption tripel aged in peach brandy barrels. Canned in July of last year. Smells peachy now as it was a little hot last fall. The taste has mellowed nicely as well. Cheers all and enjoy your Tuesday!

 

Firestone Walker 2016 Helldorado Blonde Barleywine Ale. Some pesky *********s put me in the mood and I may even finish this big bottle before bedtime. It's aged well with some grapefruit/orange zest going on along with a pleasant warmth. Cheers.....

 

Still on the Irish red. I should get it more often. Spot on style. I got a firecracker jalapeño burger and deep fried pickle chips are bomb as fuck. She got steak tacos.

Cheers everyone! Got some new Trillium beers this weekend so that's what I'll be drinking today. First up, Freaky Friday recipe swap with Cloudwater in UK, I Have Become The Boat DDH IPA with Citra and Mosaic plus cryo hops. This is similar to Legroom, a little more dankalicious though, some earthy herbal resinous pine, marijuana plants, dark berry, citrus rind, tropical fruits, juicy, fresh, fruity, dank, lovely, good beer.

Had to cut my walk short due to a knee ligament issue but did manage to get in 90 minutes of upper body weights.

Wow, hadn’t heard Synergy in a long time. Between Larry Fast and Tony, Gabriel always had a great band.

I was fortunate to see the Tony Levin Band in a small club years ago. Larry Fast was a hero of mine and I had a chance to hang with him for a while. The band did a lot of Peter Gabriel material too.

 

Got some DDH Dot Ave hopped with Nelson, pretty damn nice, extreme pungent lychee and grapes to the face. I imagine this is what the streets in Boston look like for most of the day now. Haven't been in the city since last April. Cheers everyone!
