    I think mine was a special circumstance. Overseas trade and I have a friend currently in Germany. Sender was able to send to him instead of ship to me. I also had a $100 shipping fee. I also think he took it "easy" on me too. Maybe since I was gonna have an expensive shipping fee. So I think I got away with only sending $1100ish worth of beer, lol.
