    A favorite style of mine as well, but unfortunately, one that is rarely brewed in my home province of Ontario. Most of my Tripels are Belgian imports. Aside from La Fin Du Monde, if you ever see or can trade for this one, it is another exceptional Tripel from Quebec. Cheers.

    I’ve had beers from Charlevoix before, only a few but thanks for this recommendation.

    Yes, Quebec does produce many World-Class beers, starting with Unibroue and Dieu du Ciel!

    Unfortunately the province does have tedious protectionist laws and not so many beers from outside « La belle Province » are to be found, whether from the US, Europe or elsewhere.

    Canada has F-ed up alcohol laws generally and getting beers from other provinces can be like trying to buy enriched uranium. To give an example, Manitoba is the province that borders mine to the west, yet in thirty years as a resident of Ontario I have only seen one beer from that province.

    I'm surprised you don't get SNPA fresh from the North Carolina plant (a great place to visit). Yep I enjoy the 55-70 temp range, it's already supposed to be in the 80's later this week. Cheers!
