Afternoon Advocates. Back at the exercise pretty solid today after a complete crash day yesterday. Problem is, while I can spell and define the word moderation, I’ve never actually applied it to any aspect of my life. I’m pushing sixty, so that’s gonna bite back from time to time. Anyway.

Haven’t used my Westy 12 glass since my last Westy 12, which was about two years ago. So, thought I’d break it out for old times sake. It is filled with a beauty from Fuller’s. Cheers.

I know this is probably sacrilegious to some of you but I took the second half of my bacon vodka Bloody Mary and made a red eye out of it. If it’s good enough for Doug Coughlin, it’s good enough for me.

My first experience with Suarez and it's their Palatine Pils, and sweet jebus do I need to make the drive to them and just buy everything. Crisp, mineral-y, a little bit of cracker. A near perfect pilsner. (Perfection is HF's Poetica, the best beer I've ever had on tap.)
