    Cerebral International Waters Foeder Pilsner. Damn fine beer, like most of their Foeder anything -- beer in wood, man, hard to beat. Cheers und Prost!

    @tasterschoice62 - Stereo Hopic chili on tap for dinner, has a couple more hours to simmer on the stove I used a 1/2 moruga scorpion and didn't add any Thai chilies so I could get an accurate sense of the heat. I just snipped it into tiny pieces with some scissors and added it in. Time for the second spice dump in about 15 minutes.

    I want to thank/curse you @LarryV for posting a picture of the Chipotle Tabasco. I went through a bottle in under a week. That shit is delish, but my hot sauce budget will now skyrocket. :wink: My wife and I use a lot of different chili’s and grow four or five types each year. Do you do any growing? Cheers.

    Yeah, that Chipotle Tabasco is the perfect everyday hot sauce, goes with everything! I do grow chilies occasionally - most Thai chilies these days. I freeze them and still have a ton of Thai chilies in the freezer so I'm not sure if I'll grow any this year. Last time I had around 24 plants.
