Good morning everyone and happy Friday, Advocates!
    This is a

Buskers + Birrificio Dada - KHALEESI - White Ipa (5.2%)

Recipe of Buskers which is an Italian itinerant brewery that collaborates and produces its beers in Italian and foreign craft breweries.
Already drunk several times, but not recently.
0.50 cl bottle bearing on the label:
    "Best before: 09/2021".
The nose does not give off very intense or fruity aromas. Light citrus (cedar), but very light. Rather dry smell.
Poured vertically, it releases some extra fruity scents, always citrus and light herbaceous.
    Straw yellow color, slightly hazy.
Abundant, soft foam that fades on its own after a long time.
In the mouth you immediately notice a light body (thanks to the wheat) that makes the beer flow quickly.
The taste is characterized by a short and dry taste, certainly citrusy (cedar, bergamot) which ends almost immediately in a dry bitterness, not at all intrusive, but which easily jumps to the taste.
I really like a bitter of this intensity, the characterization of the taste, on the other hand, I would have preferred a little more incisive ... more complex.
"Short" beer: light-bodied like tissue paper; immediate and moderate citrus taste; dry on the tongue and palate.
Definitely perfectly styled, probably not my favorite style, but from this beer, which I hadn't drunk in a long time, I was expecting a few more distinctive elements.

Thanks for opening the bar @Peach63 ! Getting ready for a weekend in Wisconsin, only my second trip beyond 15 miles of my house since I returned from the West at the start of the lockdowns. Also booked a Vegas trip to visit family in May, $106 RT flights, very happy.

Popped open a Wisconsin beer to kick things off, a nice fruit beer from New Glarus which I hope to visit later this year if they reopen to the public.

    New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb

One last note, was surprised when updating my beer notes today that the Palm Speciale Belge I had Wednesday was the first international beer I had this year. Definitely need to double that number soon with beers from my cellar.

May return later this evening with a couple of beers from my brother's house. Hoping to return with 3 Sheeps and other Wisconsin beers this weekend. Wishing you good things this weekend, and throughout 2021. Cheers!

Good day BAs! A bit chilly this morning, after the last couple of days of partially blue skies and double-digit temperatures - it was so nice Wednesday Mrs Lizard and I took a quick drive to Akron, just to be moving around. Today's New Breakfast Beer isn't new - I had a bottle back on 9 Oct 2016 which came from NBS BIF #4 and @Josholson666, as I recall a bomber with a picture of an airplane on the label. My memory of the bottle art may not be accurate. Anyway, since it is now locally available in cans, I decided to re-review it.

And the results. 2016 rating 4.72, rDev +9%. 2021 rating 3.9, rDev -9.9%. Time changes things.

    Good morning BA
I start my last rotation of nightshifts tonight. My Monday through Friday gig starts next Wednesday after 24 hours off.

I bought this bomber at a local brewery yesterday. Russian Imperial Stouts are a style I never pass up, even when I know I should...

Katya by Damsel Brew Pub. I believe this is the first beer they've ever packaged.

The Evansville metro area has a population of 358,000. We still don't have a single good, reliable brewery. Maybe someday... Cheers all!

3 Monts is a fine example, if not the pinnacle of the bière de garde style and yet not for everyone. If I remember correctly my in-person buddy @DoctorZombies didn’t like it as much as me.

I haven't seen Third Coast in a couple years so I bought some. I was surprised to find it was "pre-aged" for me, bottled on 10/10/15. Good stuff!

It’s from an old and well established brewery so considered a classic here too. We do have some interesting craft beers from more recent breweries but are to my taste a bit too pricey. 3 monts is about 1,40€ here for this 330ml bottle and it’s hard to beat that. Cheers!
