Introducing Brewmaster's Reserve from Firestone Walker

4-6 weeks is pretty standard for a brewery that doesn't self distribute. Its rare I see even local brews on store shelves at under 4 weeks old. The only folks I see doing that are self distributing

 

Can't wait for work travel to resume so I can start grabbing Pivo by the case again at Propagator.

 

Wonder how many spots have been taken so far?

 

Looks like it's probably 16 glasses (pairs with each collection)... Just what I don't really need as my wife and I always end up with a couple glasses when we do Firestone events. Got 12 Glencairn, 2 Teku, 6 Tulip and a bunch of the Brandy Glasses.

That said, the 15% off beer is a good bonus (bought some already) and Dark Ray is a perfect Parabola/Merkin blend.

 

Got my first shipment today....very cool packaging, easy delivery. Also included was another beer (separately wrapped), coasters, playing cards. They include some cards that do an excellent job describing the beers, and an invitation to an online tasting next week with Brewmaster Brynildson. The membership card is a let down though....it’s metal with an integrated opener...but generic, you have to write your name in. Was hoping it had your name and membership number printed. The glassware is also slightly a bummer...there is no membership year or anything that makes it seem exclusive. All in all, happy so far...just waiting for the beer to chill a bit!

 

So did 2021 close like that said it would this past Friday? Or was it a play out of the bruerys play book?
