    2020 KBS was so good. The barrel really came through unlike some other vintages, and for me it gave off a great coconut vibe

    I've always been a fan and feel like there's been a dialed in consistency since 2018. Of course the barrel nuances always play into subtleties amongst batches. It will always be in my rotation and now that I can easily find it in my supermarket for $17.99 makes it a no brainer. I for one don't miss the old school hype! Cheers....:beers:

    I'm starting off today with a Goose Island 312, Urban Wheat Ale. I don't know what makes this one, "urban", it just seems like a very tasty wheat beer to me. There's notes of wheat, grain, lemon and honey. I seemed to be the only one at BA who liked it. I rated it 4.02, which was way, way over it's BA average rating of 3.40. Oh well, I like it anyway.

    Kompaan Step 7/10. Double Dryhopped NEIPA from Kompaan (the Hague, NL).
    I'm on one of the Dutch Frisian Islands at the moment. Brought some beer from my hometown, just to be on the save side :slight_smile:
