Soooo, our print head part failed again...

We are on our third date coder and the third replacement part on this last date coder. Trying really hard, but our remote location makes servicing these machines very difficult... Looking forward to the day that we are consistently getting codes printed on cans. In the meantime, keep looking for either the print code on the bottom or the grocery tag coder in the top of the 4-pack holder.

This latest company is American/French and purchased the package through SKA FAB, which is definitely US. Parts are probably Chinese though...

 

I'm waiting for this Clas X in cans stuff.

I like that the IG explained what a Class X was. I’m no whitewater rafting expert, but had thought class V was the top.

 

on their site now, ordered a case for shipping.

 

I was trying to hold off until Citra became available for shipping by the 4 pack but didn’t want to risk missing out on Class X. I just ordered a package with both Class V and Class X. Can’t wait to have them side by side.

 

I went with CX, CV and Sequoia Red. The malty mix. Figured I’d mix it up since all I buy are IPA’s anymore.

 

Split a case of Citra and half case of Class X with a buddy. Many thanks for the heads up @dcgunman!

 

To be transparent, the new Class X batch is not just class V in barrels. This time we modernized the recipe a bit to up the abv and add some more complex malts that we think work well with barrel aging. It was in Buffalo Trace barrels for 2 years. Hope you enjoy it...
