I butterfingered my CC digits...Thought I was a goner. I finished in under a minute and when I was back on the ordering screen the bottles were sold out in the same time frame.

Since I won, I went back and bought Bananarchy, a Anniversary goblet, and the Anniversary IPA. They fleeced me for more bucks with the W.

I tried to go back and order the glass after I got the bottles and it told me I had to have a $10 minimum to qualify for pickup. This is the HA truffles thing all over, though at least with this one I already got the beer.

Any chance it will be on tap Sunday or next week? Taplist looks killer right now so pumped to stay for a few when grabbing the bottles.

It's possible, but I can't guarantee anything. In the past our barrel aged stouts have made it to day 2, but we shall see.

Thanks to everyone for the interest in the beer. Congrats to everyone who got one. To those who didn't, I'm sincerely sorry. I wish we could have done an old fashioned line up as I feel it's still the fairest way, but with restrictions still in place we wanted to avoid a ton of people congregating. I look forward to a normal release next year.

The 2020 Anniversary is drinking as well (or better IMO) than ever based on the bottle I opened recently.

Seems like a damn good second year for Riverlands. Especially with how much everyone seems to like these anniversary beers. Might be time again to think about a membership (and telling me about it before everyone else):thinking_face::thinking_face::thinking_face::thinking_face::thinking_face::thinking_face:

Missed out on the stout but having the Anniversary TIPA now and it's great. I feel like these guys consistently churn out NEIPAs that are just as good or better than breweries that get a lot more hype.

2021 Anniversary stout was unreal. The 18 months in the barrel really showed through. Awesome party on Saturday

The Anniversary stout is really good. Easily in line with BCBS Anniversary. Big barrel but insanely smooth.

That’s high praise considering Anny was by far the best BCBS variant this year IMO. Kinda bummed I slept on it and missed the release for these guys. They’re only like 10 mins down the road from me

"Imperial Stout with maple, cacao nibs, vanilla, coconut, and coffee by Freshground Roasters in Geneva.

Our top rated non-barrel aged beer of all time, Fisherman's Breakfast was originally a one-off keg served at our grand opening. Only about 60 people have ever tried it. That's about to change!

Thick, rich, and at a hearty 13% ABV, this stout will get you going any time of day. Deep chocolate and coffee notes give way to vanilla and coconut mid-sip, followed by luscious maple on the back-end."

sounds delicious. grabbed a couple bottles along with the neapolitan stout they just did. looking forward to the weekend :+1:

Riverlands seeing some distro downstate now. I'm pretty good with that! Not too many holdouts from the Chicagoland area left...
